Ko Au/Ko Ahau

Working on our Kaupapa for this Wahanga "Ko Au".  We have recently focused on ourselves and who we are.  We have created our name tags, generated a class tiriti that we all feel comfortable with and made some information sheets about ourselves.  On Friday Whaea Koryna came in and we learnt how to say information about ourselves in Te Reo.  In order for us to remember what we have learnt, we drew a picture and wrote about it in Te Reo Maori.  This is a great way for our learning.

WALT:  we are learning to talk about ourselves in Te Reo Maori and record it in a picture plan.

   Duffy Theatre

Wow, our whole kura enjoyed an exceptional show from three very         energetic performers  who totally engaged our learners in the                 importance of staying safe in your bubble to ward off Covid 19.  Most      impressive was the leaping on and off our stage, so we had a few         tamariki that wanted to show off their talents as well.  Managed to         grab a group pic with our three actors from the recent Duffy Theatre     show.
